This Privacy Policy describes how ADS Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CenterPoint Connect mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Account information: Your full name and email address when you create an account.
Profile photo: An optional photo you upload to personalize your profile.
Prayer requests and posts: Content you submit within the App, including prayer requests, group posts, and replies.

Information Collected Automatically

Device token: A unique device identifier used solely to deliver push notifications to your device.
Location data: Only when you choose to search for a location when creating a group event. We do not track your location passively.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To display your name and photo within the church community
To deliver push notifications about announcements, prayer requests, and group activity
To enable community features such as prayer chains and small groups
To improve the App and user experience

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Your information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

Within the church community: Your name, profile photo, and public posts are visible to other verified members of the App.
Service providers: We use Supabase (secure cloud database and authentication), Google Firebase (push notification delivery), and Google Places API (location search for group events, only when you initiate a search).
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which employs industry-standard encryption and security practices. We implement row-level security to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

7. Children's Privacy

The CenterPoint Connect App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
